Day 1 – Friday, August 15
Depart USA
Today, depart for Lisbon. Enjoy complimentary meals and beverages served onboard your international flight.
Day 2 – Saturday, August 16
Lisbon – Fátima
Arrival in Lisbon. Meet your guide and begin your panoramic city tour. Visit Praça do Rossio and Praça dos Restauradores, followed by the Lisbon Cathedral, the Church of St. Anthony, and the Church of Nossa Senhora da Conceição Velha. Continue with a walk along Avenida da Liberdade.
Continue to explore the historic Alfama Quarter, rich in tradition and character.
Transfer to Fátima. Dinner at the hotel, followed by the Rosary and Torchlight Procession at the Shrine. Overnight in Fátima.
Day 3 – Sunday, August 17
Fátima – A Guarda
Morning visits in Fátima.
Proceed to Os Valinhos and walk the Via Crucis, followed by a penitential liturgy and celebration of Holy Mass. Visit the homes of the three shepherd children in Aljustrel, and the site of the Angel’s apparition at Loca do Cabeço.
Return to Fátima to visit the Shrine Museum, which houses numerous objects related to the apparitions, including the crown of the Virgin containing the bullet from the assassination attempt on Pope John Paul II on May 13, 1981
Transfer to A Guarda (approx. 3.5 hours). Dinner and overnight.
Day 4 – Monday, August 18
The Camino – Coastal Portuguese Way
After breakfast, begin your Camino de Santiago pilgrimage.
Stage 1: A Guarda → Baiona
Distance: 16 km (9.9 miles)
Walk along the beautiful Atlantic coastline. Arrival in Baiona. Dinner and overnight.
Day 5 – Tuesday, August 19
The Camino
Breakfast at the hotel.
Stage 2: Baiona → Vigo
Distance: 26 km (16.1 miles)
Along the way, encounter fellow pilgrims and share in the spiritual experience of the Camino. Arrival, dinner, and overnight in Vigo.
Day 6 – Wednesday, August 20
The Camino
Breakfast at the hotel.
Stage 3: Vigo → Redondela
Distance: 15.7 km (9.7 miles)
Arrival, dinner, and overnight.
Day 7 – Thursday, August 21
The Camino

Stage 4: Redondela → Pontevedra
Distance: 18.2 km (11.3 miles)
Arrive in the historic city of Pontevedra, beautifully located at the end of the ria bearing its name, surrounded by river valleys and mountainous landscapes. Dinner and overnight.
Day 8 – Friday, August 22
The Camino
Breakfast at the hotel.
Stage 5: Pontevedra → Caldas de Rei
Distance: 23 km (14 miles)
Arrival in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight.
Day 9 – Saturday, August 23
The Camino

Stage 6: Caldas de Rei → Padrón
Distance: 18.5 km (10 miles
Padrón holds special significance in the Camino tradition, as it is believed that the body of Saint James the Greaterfirst arrived here before being taken to Santiago.
Dinner and overnight.
Day 10 – Sunday, August 24
The Camino – Arrival in Santiago
Breakfast at the hotel.
Final Stage: Padrón → Santiago de Compostela
Distance: 25.2 km (15 miles)
Arrive at your final destination, the great pilgrimage city of Santiago. Dinner and overnight.
Day 11 – Monday, August 25
Santiago de Compostela
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning guided tour of the city, including the magnificent squares: Plaza del Obradoiro, Plaza de la Quintana, and Plaza de la Inmaculada. Visit the Cathedral of Santiago and participate in the Pilgrim’s Mass, featuring the famous Botafumeiro.
In the afternoon, excursion to Sanctuary of the Virgen de la Barcaand Cape Finisterre, traditionally known as the “end of the world.
Return to Santiago. Dinner and overnight.
Day 12 – Tuesday, August 26
Return to USA
Transfer to Santiago Airport for your return flight to the United States.
